BJ I did a little study a few months back on exactly what you're doing. I figured an annual return of 20%, adding options to the DD strategy I figured would add another 10%. In negative years I figured the use of LEAPS and sideshow PUTS and shorts would allow me to break even. After 10 years of enhanced returns with options and breaking even in DOW down years, I had an incredible paper return.

Do you get similar results with your projections?
