Hi Greg!

You are right about this not being a good time to be public but don't forget that the reverse merger was contingent on $1 million in financing and $1 million in orders. Should those two conditions be met, it doesn't matter what the broader markets are doing. This stock is not one that is going to follow the dow. :o) It is one that is either going to make it or crash and burn on its own merits or lack thereof. We are now close to the 20% decline that is indicative of a bear market. Should we be turning the corner to a bear market, investors typically stay out of stocks or look for promising young companies, like HST, that can defy gravity. It is also true that in down economies or times of recession that software piracy becomes more prevalent. To many it is considered a luxury item. With tighter pocket books more "lending" occurs. HST stands to benefit from such a cycle should it establish itself.

Having said that, I would be perfectly happy to see this company grow and mature for a year or so before becoming public. I certainly believe that, with a few orders under its belt, it could attract a big-name investment bank and really get some good exposure while coming out of the gates. It would mean me changing my strategy and having some patience, but I believe this is one I could be patient with.

There's still no details on who's picking up the offering yet. As soon as I know I will let you know.
