(Nasdaq: VOCLF - news), today announced that Deutsche Telekom Canada, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG [NYSE:DT - news], is launching a phone-to-phone commercial service using VocalTec's IP telephony solutions. Deutsche Telekom's service will begin by selling debit cards to link residential and business phone callers in Canada to over 100 destination countries worldwide. This announcement comes on the heels of last week's news that VocalTec and Deutsche Telekom AG's T-Online Internet service are working together on a PC-to-phone pilot using Internet Phone Lite(tm).
