I beg your pardon but there was a precedent set earlier this year when Johnson & Johnson (I think) refused to enter into a selling contract with another company while under a class action cloud. Once the cloud lifted, the deal was consumated. I can't remember the specific details. Does anyone remember this or can anyone possibly provide the place where it was mentioned? This is a very important point and it should not just be swept under the rug as some of you would like to do. I will continue to look for this reference and I'm sorry I didn't cite it within the text of my previous comments. Matt
