I'm Confused, I was under the impression that the dribble rules etc. did apply to Nuts. Now there is some discussion that it doesn't because they are not a reporting company yet. What is the right answer? Wasn't there a lot of discussion on the Yahoo board about Nutstoo not pulling his certs because he would not be able to participate in the short squeeze that would result because of the dribble rules that applied to him being an insider? Anyone have a definitive answer?
