Hello Kelvin,

Investor's Business Daily (IBD) ran an article on Thursday, August 27th. The headline: TINY QUARK WANTS BIG ADOBE; ANALYSTS PUZZLED. That pretty much sets the tone of what the street thinks to be a strange overture on Ebrahimis' (CEO of Quark) part. It's an interesting read.

As to Quark's earnings. Quark is privately held and thus, putting spin on the books to produce more, rather then less, is not quite as difficult. I don't know and that's not the issue of this whole Don Quixote-like scenario (IMHO).

Me thinks Pancho, ...er Mr Ebrahimi should be pointing his lance at his own buggy, cash cow (QuarkXpress).
