Maybe a sexual harrasment case is frivolous to you, but I guarantee it isn't to the person filing it. Our laws guarantee it isn't either. The Pandora's box would be who determines what is and what isn't frivolous and who can and cannot be forced to testify. The law determines the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor. You may not like or agree with it, but it is the law, applicable to all per our constitution. The premise is, no one is above the law, not in this country. As it stands, Clinton with all his power and money has the best legal advantages offered to him. Far more than the average individual. Yes, very shaky. sf
