I see they have filed a NT 10-K (they are going to be late filing their year end report due to new auditors.) I also see that they have effected a name change to Terra Natural Resources Corp. I saw that in their filing. Their most recent news release has not shown that, however. Man, my Honeywell stock sure took a hit over the last few days. Good thing that it has always been intended to be a long term position. Glad to see that NVMH is stable. Stay in the Black! jimS
