THQI is not really finacially strong enough to buy back shares (at least for a meaningful volume), it needs the money for the hot season production. They would have to use a line of credit. Companies like MWY are buying back shares and THQI appears to be as financially strong as MWY. I'm not a big fan of companies manipulating the stock price anyway.
