Mike,

Take a look at #6194. I've been buying all the INTC I could afford for the last couple of years. Every time I look back and think "wish I could have bought more back then". Before this purchase I exhausted all my cash on INTCW at 87.75 a couple weeks ago.

If you look back on some of my earlier posts you'll understand why I feel like I'm at a dove shoot without any shells. The birds (ie.potential upside stock appreciation) are flying right over my head and all I can do is wave at them. So I decided that this time I'd borrow some shells from good ol' ETRADE and blast away. I'll give them 7% of my INTCW gains. Does anyone think INTCW will not be up at least 7% in '97?

I read in Kiplinger's today that there is a rumor out that INTC and MSFT will replace Westinghouse and Bethlehem Steel in the Dow. Seems very reasonable to me. Would anyone like to comment on the validity of this rumor and the effect on INTC shares if it happens?

Regards,

Lee
