Believe me, I want to see this stock much higher, but IMO the news that checks have arrived will not do it. You have no idea how much damage is done when a stock is below .50. It could take a year or more just to get back to $2, even if fundamentals are perfect. Ask yourselves -- how many of your friends and acquaintances who invest have ever heard of this stock? Of those, which know its story in the least? Of those, how many have considered investing? Of those, how much money did they actually invest?
Stillwater is a fully-reporting company, listed in a way that gives credibility.
Anyone who speaks to Dennis, ask him? What is he doing to spread the word about this company? "Big money" is not just going to jump on this stock with a few $10,000 checks reported. It takes more -- much more.
This company needs a road-show, a trip by senior management to see not only the metal-head investors but those in the broader market. It needs a PR effort. It needs to talk about its financials and become fully reporting.
All this takes time. Nobody should expect to be riding in a new BMW based on this stock for at least a year. |
