Here's an idea. Buy a basket of cheap biotechs, which are being fully punished for the potential difficulty in raising capital in a bear market, such as the TFIF portfolio. Hedge it with puts or a short position on some internet stocks or the IIX, which are not yet being fully punished for this scenario. A position of BTK calls + IIX puts, or short BTK puts + long IIX puts is another idea.
