Jim: Exactly how I feel. I bought this system so that I could communicate and do research for my hobby. Then I discovered "on-line" . It was like a whole new universe opened (nobody tell me to get a life okay :0 )The fact is I hardly had time for a new hobby, but I was just facinated with the technology and the fact that I could communicate anywhere in the world from my home office.

As soon as an Internet provider opened in our city, I was one of the first at the meeting. Now the networks are a thing of the past because I hate clock-watching. I had always had an interest in investing, but aside from my computer maker, never found a product that excited me enough to want to follow.

I got on the Net at just about the time Netscape started, and I was really impressed with how easy it is to use; especially for novices. I'm really sold on it and will stay the course.

I could relate to everything you said. My broker tried to talk me into something more "stable"; but I love riding the waves.
