Are the brass studs used to ground the motherboard? I have seen one source say the brass studs are used to ground the motherboard and you should use more than one brass stud to ensure good grounding. However, on the first pre-assembled computer I bought insulated washers were used with the brass stud to keep the brass stud from touching the motherboard. What do the motherboard makers recommend?
