According to the 10Q, the 3M shares were authorized and issued and registered! The shares may be sold starting in the middle of Sept. The sellers/holders; I assume, will try to take profit ASAP!! I am just thrilled that the MoMO is out of this stock right now and those elephants will not be able to unload the shares with happy faces!!
