Running on memory here, but wasn't phase 1 scheduled to be done somewhere between the middle to end of Sept.? felling like Charlie Brown approaching the football one more time with Lucy holding ....... just can't believe something accurate or positive can come from this outfit after what we've been through, but here I am looking at this press release thinking, "What if....?" Nah....... this can't be true, can't really be a positive, can't really be a light at the end of the tunnel (a light which isn't attached to a speeding locomotive)
