List of all the questions I sent to KANA so far. I will post the reply here if I get one. I hope KANA will be honest in answering these questions now that they finished their 504 offering to raise the required capital. I expect them to work hard - very hard - because it is our money that they are using. My true hope is that they will develop concrete revenue streams over the next few months. I believe that once they develop revenue streams, the stock price will follow, in which case the current price is too cheap, IMO. Good luck to everyone. Hope you guys are doing ok in this blood bath. - JC ------------------------------------------------------------------- (1) I understand KANA's current main focus is on Netbooks.com. Is KANA still going to be a provider of Internet Services (web page design, electronic commerce solutions, etc.)? Does KANA have plans to acquire any companies which specialize in Internet services? (2) Could you please elaborate on what kinds of services KeyTrade.com will provide? Is it any different from existing on-line brokerage sites? And what kinds of backend revenues are expected from that site? (3) KANA has made an announcement that there was a $500,000 web product development contract with Quadstate. Could you elaborate on the nature of the products to be developed? Is this contract finalized or is it still under works? (4) Kanakaris Communications mission statement talks about strategic relationship with Internet leaders such as Microsoft Corporation. Is there any ongoing relationship with Microsoft? Do you intend to develop it in the future? (5) The same mission statement states that the expected revenues for 1997 was $1 million. Were the expectations met? Wall Street West released research report (came out as a "Company Press Release") states that the revenues for 1997 were $1.4 million with about $170,000 earnings. Does the company attest to that? (6) Who is KANA's transfer agent? Could you please provide a number where I can contact him/her? (7) Could you give me phone numbers of KeyTrade.com and Quadstate where I can inquire about the contracts with KANA? I realize they were listed in the news releases, but I cannot access these news since it is expired on Yahoo. (8) What is the status on blue sky? There were talks about going blue sky as early as June and was mentioned in a news release in July. Any updates on that? Are the efforts still on?
