It doesn't make any difference. Junglee must have had the sense to know that AMZN was valued way too high at the time of the deal. In any case, the deal was down for a fixed number of shares, not the value of the shares at the time of the agreement - so if the stock price goes down the paper value of the deal goes down accordingly (it was an exorbitant paper value at $120/share).
