International CDMA handoff a success rcrnews.com ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.-Motorola Inc.'s Cellular Infrastructure Group said its technology was used to complete the first interoperator Code Division Multiple Access soft handoff across international boundaries. The handoff was between GTE Wireless' San Diego network and Baha Celular's Tijuana, Mexico, network, said Motorola.
