SCTR filed their 10-Q for the first quarter of 1998 on May 15th (the 10-Q for the fourth quarter of 1997 was filed February 20th). Given those intervals, a filing around the middle of August would have been expected. It seems a bit late and that sometimes means "bad news" is coming.

BTW, a Fleckenstein "bear" thread here on SI.
