Well, we know that Creative Capital is where Mann set up an account from which to broker shares to JBOC. If Mann and JBOC are mentioned in the court order, I presume Creative must be as well. Thus, I would also presume that AZNT would want nothing more to do with Creative and would try to stay as far away from them -- and people potentially connected with them -- as possible. Wouldn't you?
