Hi Paul:OFF TOPIC!!!!

I am a jogger also and I like to work out so could I get your opinion on something. OK I'm 49 yrs old. I have been working out since I was 36. My weight when I started was 155 lbs. I gradually put on a lot of muscle and increased my weight to 170.

Well this summer I started taking Creatin after my workouts. I take only a 1/3 of the recommended "loading" dose. But this is what has happened. I have put on 10 pounds of muscle in two months, I'm up to 180. I have increased my weights 20 and 30 pounds on all my sets; and I feel great. I told my wife I wanted to increase and level off at 190. I've been playing basketball this summer and I kid you not I feel wonderful.

So my observation is this. Are you familiar with Creatin ( I also take this along with a small handfull of vitamins and minerals and other herbs and compounds)? Have you heard anything negative about it? I asked my doctor about it and he said it was great stuff.

If you are not taking it I would suggest you might want to check it out. It is especially good at the recovery stage of workouts and enables you to come back more quickly; and I would suppose that it would also aid in injury recovery. Also Mark McGuire takes it.(* go 56 *)

In Christ...gregor
