I figured that the 60 mil shares were to peddle to the new financing body and the poison pill was a defense against the new financing body taking over the company. I voted yes to both. I hope we can get some recovery (of some sort) this next year. I think that's the only way anyone else will ever believe MXAM's story. Nothing is more believable than banking checks from refiners. P.S. Is anyone out there going to Peoria for the meeting ???
