My oh my, that's pretty strong words to say about a company in a press release! I'd be pretty darn mad if I were Wellrich if I considered myself a "venture capital" company and someone, officially (darn, just can't stop using that word), called me a "boiler room telemarketing operation". In fact, I might even contemplate a lawsuit... unless, of course, I already had a lawsuit I might have filed against AZNT. Might Wellrich already be suing AZNT over something?

It also seems to me that if Wellrich sold shares to their clients at .50, it would be pretty darn responsible of them to call those clients back and suggest taking their 3x profits. As a matter of fact, it would be good business to do so since those happy clients might reinvest their money, and thus earn more commissions for Wellrich. How is trying to make money doing what you are in business to do illegal?
