Hi Judy, P&Fwise there isn't a buy signal until 90. I would say before then however, the stock will rise and decline creating other tops to generate a buy. LU pulled right down to the BSL just as CSCO did. Both bounced of nicely. Next sell on LU is 69 and would also be a break of the BSL (no no). Take care, Jan I am
