Communication Corporation of America Fills Two Key Positions
GARDEN CITY, N.Y., Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- COMMUNICATION CORPORATION OF AMERICA (OTC ELECTRONIC Bulletin Board:
CCAK), a provider of telecommunications products and services, announced today that it has filled two key positions with Mr. William H. Bethell,
CFO and Matthew Yahes as Director of Internet Services.
William H. Bethell has joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bethell obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration from Dowling
Collage, Oakdale, Now York and his Juris Doctorate from Justice.
Jacob D. Fuchsburg School of Law, Huntington, New York. Mr. Bethell was the former managing partner of the accounting firm of Bernell, Mincone,
and Sangersland, Certified Public Accountants and has spent the greater part of his career arranging and structuring acquisition and growth financing for
earlier stage companies. Mr. Bethell stated: ''The reason I chose this industry is because its time and place in society replicates that of the telephone in
the early nineteen hundreds and the television in the 1950's. The reason I joined this firm is because of its commitment of capital to the development of
cutting edge technology and the vertical integration of its diversified subsidiaries.''
Matthew Yahes has joined the firm as Director of Internet Services. Mr. Yahes stated, ''I am proud to be a member of the Ascot team. We are in the
process of building a state of the art data center, which will be the largest of its kind in the area. These facilities will allow 24 hour, climate controlled
access with dedicated cage facilities supported by Tier 1 provisioning through CATS Internet out of Washington DC. Our agreement with CATS
assures our customers of a significant, stable backbone capable of fulfilling any requirements in respect to Internet services. We initially plan to draw a
customer base from the immediate tri-state area. In approximately 4 months we plan to launch an intensive national advertising campaign. This will
establish Ascot Communications as a true player in the Internet service industry for the years to come.'' Mr. Yahes is an Information Science graduate of
the State University of New York at Oswego, where he graduated with top honors. Before joining CCOA, he spent considerable time as a web
developer with a cutting edge web design firm in Boulder, Colorado.
