Bruce, I voted no to both, but it doesn't matter. The guy who proposed to dilute the stock and protect his control over the company has voting control. The vote is, in practical terms, a farce IMO.

I note further dumping of shares today at 9 cents. Printing stock and poison pills won't help this company's stock price. Only speculative fervor for precious metals stocks as undiscriminating as that which recently propelled the internet stocks will pull this dying dog up. Just my opinion to aid Richard in gauging investor sentiment (g). BTW, Richard, I might average down some more when the stock price hits a nickel. Not sure yet. The money would probably be better spent in the Prudent Bear fund or Scudder Gold, my two favorite mutual funds at this point in the market cycle. FWIW. Clark
