I never accussed you of scare tactics. When OLEX made these deals no one was worried about stock dulition. Like so many other BB stocks that have dumped in price, everyone's first assumption is there was a Reg S (not the case on olex) or the stock has been diluted. How can you say that stock dilution is the FULL cause of this huge decline in OLEX's stock price. OLEX in fact was so disgusted with the fact the stock went so low that they got rid of their PR. At this time major stock dilution has only been a guess by many, and I agree may have contributed to the decline. But it is not the full story as evidenced by the increase in the stock yesterday. I think even MH would agree on this point. As far as scare tactics I am referring to the MM's. As I mentioned in an earlier posts, we get a bunch of negative news, then a month later everything looks "rosey". The MM have a lot to gain by gaining a big inventory at .25, then unloading it at .50 and higher. As far as stock dilution lets wait until we have facts, the next 10Q will tell us that. Up to this point it has been a guess to justify the big decline in stock price. If the stock is so diluted why haven't you sold your position?
