Citicorp (CCI) 106 7/8 -1 7/16: major banking concern expects Q3 after-tax net to be reduced by $200 mln due to losses associated with Russia; believes that merger with Travelers Group (TRV 43 3/8 -1) still very much on track; according to First Call, CCI was projected to earn $2.36 a share, vs year-ago Q3 net of $2.19 a share;
