Ron-am not familiar with Stocksmart....what is it? The PE multiple approach obviously is valid....but DOCU has just recently turned profitable so there is little price history in relation to a positve PE ratio. As to targets....this has always been an area I have difficulty with. I am no better at calling a top or a bottom than the next person....and my buy might be your sell, or vice versa. If I profile company X at 1.00 and say buy up till 2.00 and the move ends at 3.50 some folks will have missed out on a chunk of change. Same with a low....sell if it reaches .75, it ticks at .68, and finishes the day at 1.03. Micros are generally too volatile to target in my opinion, and every single stock is different in relation to how it moves...the dynamics...volume, time, incremental gains, etc. At the MicroCapitalist Research Report we try to lay the company out for you and keep you informed via the letter and our web site as to what is going on with a company we profile....and leave the buying and selling up to the investor. Each investor has their own personal dynamics within their own portfolio...and should have their own discipline and guidelines as to when to take profit and when to cut losses. You know your portfolio better than I do.
That said I am going to call the company soon to update the January letter and will get back to you on some of your other questions. I still like DOCU...it is trading at the same price we first profiled it in Oct after reaching about 1.44 on the high...now back to .94. Gary
