Donald, your opp'ty to enter is setting up nicely...

The waves look promising for a surf up to 8100 by ThursPM, FriAM. Watching the indices today was like witnessing the erection of a tent -- one pole at a time. (If I didn't know better, I'd say the whole thing was architected. BTW, did you know that black helicopters aren't really black?) Heaviest INDU volume on the day was @10:30, during a bootstrap from 7400-7550. However, OEX SPX NDX COMPQ had low volume @10:30, experiencing a collective surge over an hour later @11:40. [All data based on 10min intervals.]

Although all indices were up, NDX and OEX had the best percentage gains; RUT was the worst (excluding TRAN and UTIL). Despite heavy volume, looks like a narrow market. FWIW, when it comes time to short, I'll attack the techs first then roll into DJI.

Not feeling good about CALLS (and believing that outright PUTS are premature), I've selectively implemented Bull Credit Spreads... I'm ready to leg out of the short side on a moment's notice. (This AM was a good test of which brokerage services can handle volume. One service to remain unnamed will no longer receive my business b/c their online service was glacial, automated phone service was broken and the specialists' desk had a 30+min queue.)

Looks like your resh is ON TARGET! Thanks, and enjoy the evening.

-Alan
