The major shareholder of TSXX would be Antec as they have more or less bought the company. Judging buy price, I think the deal will go through. If that weren't so, TCI would be a major shareholder, and they also hold Antec, which means they will continue to form TSXX's future no matter what name they trade under. If you read through some of the previous posts for this thread, you'll get more specific details. I'm also interested in HLIT and ORTL. Good that you mention Texascan making HLIT products. What do you think of Lancity and Baynetworks? I'm getting more intrigued by BAY. Maybe they are a good value at this price? Mark
