Re Wired article, I have taken 2 contrary positions on Yahoo. Now, I go back to position #1, because I have printed out and read Wired article more carefully. It says that former SIM execs own "more than 20% of Zulu-tek's stock."
If this is true, I am going back to a less active role, feeling more comfortable that better-heeled minority shareholders, with excellent legal counsel, will at least keep Zulu and ESVS on their toes.
NOTE: This idea of a meeting is a JOKE in light of the fact other minority shareholders have already filed suit, alleged conversion of monies, challenged the right to sell to ESVS. I don't think our loyal, but far smaller group, will have any sway at all with this company.
Ho, hum, I am back to a holding pattern and looking for better (I hope) penny stock investments. |
