market comment:As I've been saying no bear market and for those who thought Bob missed a bear, close but no cigar(no Clinton jokes please) Just a typical turn-around Tuesday as I expected though I must say when I turned my set on a while ago I was thinking what if the market plunged 1000 while I was out?
