I don't follow IBM that close, but yes it is bloated. I like DELL, CPQ, and GTW better for PC shorts. You may miss the exact top of this bounce in DELL, but IT WILL NOT HIT NEW HIGHS... I feel CERTAIN of it (went out on a limb there?) So, I'd just short it and hang on for the ride of your life. The ride will likely end in single digits sometime next year.
