The NorAm Shareholder FAQ

For those long time die-hard NorAm shareholders, I would like to explain some of the events leading up to the new FAQ document.

But first, I want to mention that we expect high traffic levels at the site for the first few days. So if you don't get through on the first attempt, keep trying.

After Barry Becker's return from the NIGA show, we both began discussing how we could help new and existing investors better understand NorAm Gaming. We also wanted to approach people who have never heard of NorAm with a brief summary about the company. As part of our developing plan, we decided to revive the NorAm FAQ together.

Over the last three weeks, we have been working daily to put the FAQ together. It has gone through literally a hundred iterations. I have been focusing on content and the verification of its validity, along with some special features, while Barry worked on cosmetics, layout and the general "look" of the FAQ. All the while, we reviewed content and discussed the "intent" behind all this. Barry is the one who came up with the remarkable background and header designs among other things.

I can assure you that both of us learned a lot on this project. If you do not work with this HTML stuff everyday, it can be rather difficult to keep the hair attached to your head.

The amazing thing is we have never met and we're separated by 1500+ miles! He's in New Mexico and I'm in Northern Virginia. I can't believe what we've been able to accomplish.

I can also assure you that the timing of this FAQ has nothing to do with today's trading. We've been planning to introduce the FAQ on September 1 since we started this project. I know the introduction of the FAQ might seem odd after what happened today. However, we have a schedule which we feel must be maintained.

Anyway, I'd like to discuss our intent. We will be posting the FAQ link to all the obvious NRAG discussion threads. We already know where they are. We will also be approaching other unrelated threads, mostly on SI and AOL. As we've been working on the FAQ, we have also developed a clear plan to implement our campaign. But let me make this clear. Our intention from the start is to not hype the stock. We want to bring attention to the company using the most honest means possible. We have been careful to compose the FAQ content with carefully researched facts. I have spent considerable time verifying each and every statement in the FAQ. Along the way, I've learned about a lot of inaccurate assumptions I made in the past. Besides bringing attention to NorAm, we simply want a complete source for information on NorAm. The FAQ is not static but will change with the times.

But the best part about this is that our plan extends to other important areas. We will be approaching investment clubs, penny stock analysts, newsletters, money managers, etc. But again, this will be done without hype and only in good taste.

We encourage you to spread the word as well. However, we have a coordinated plan that will take us a few days to implement. You might want to sit back and see what happens first. We leave it to your good judgment. We feel the FAQ, taken together with the NorAm homepage, will be a great source of information for new and existing investors.

We're proud to show people how a group of investors can get together and develop a legitimate plan to bring new attention to the stock.

We also have bigger plans for the FAQ. We will be implementing a bulletin board soon as well as other "really cool features. The FAQ will be updated quickly whenever newsworthy events occur. We want the FAQ to be a place where interested shareholders will visit regularly.

It's important for us to find out about any problems with the FAQ. Send your comments to us via the message form on the site, or via email to nragfaq@yahoo.com. That's all I can think of right now. If you have any questions, contact me.

I'd like to personally thank Barry Becker for his extensive help. There are other un-named persons who have provided their input and I thank them as well.

I hope you enjoy the new FAQ.
