Just a thought... They are not mining now and they are slowly going away. JMO Why not hire the sixteen to one to do the mining at a much lower rate than having their own people working the mines. (Admin. and miners) If you would remember that they spent a lot of money and not getting the gold. Cut their over head and work the mines. Gary
