Belzer had nothing to do with the original $500,000 order one year ago since he was responsible for int'l sales ( Honda/Hucom ). Remember that last year's Boeing AWACS order was for the development/testing phase and this $1.9 million follow-on order is actual commercial implementation. Although nobody can accurately predict the future, I heard months ago that AWACS program could generate even more $$$ in additional orders in 1999, but obviously alot depends upon how successful this project is and the future budget for expanding the project to other AWACS planes. Time will tell. On the issue of profit impact, my understanding is that the old generation LAN inventory of switches and adapters was written off last quarter( F/G and W.I.P. ) but I doubt if this $1.9 M order would be 100% profit since there is probably some future labor/manufacturing component that was not written off in Q2. Also, I would guess that there would be some reversal in previous inventory write-offs as opposed to reflecting the LAN sales as 80-100% gross margin which would distort the financials. I do agree that the profit and CASH impact to Q4 is significant as I alluded to you in my last post to you.

ps- Roger, since you were so hung up on % decline several days ago, why aren't you highlighting the +25% gain today in ANCR stock price? Could it be that you finally agree that daily percentage gains/losses at this low level are meaningless?
