I would hire a President who had a business background.

I would get rid of (dismiss) Peter Southward, and Bob Yeoman they care not about shareholders.

I would have Cynthia Dean handle investor relations, I would put in a 800 number for investor relations.

I would let the investors know Paul Gray's shareholdings, also would roll back all monies payable to JR when he dealt deals, like Steppe for example while he was a director, would certainly turn this area upside down.

I would compensate management based on cost reduction and profitibility or if no profit reducing the current loses.

I would after time probably replace Dennis Gray as Chairman.

In other words guys time for a BROOM with this company.

No doubt there would be other things but one would have to dig into the affairs of the company in order to make those decisions.

I think the above would be a step in the right direction.
