Unless the market corrects up ,there is a strong likelihood that INCY will not be going to the public markets to fund the SNP division. Most of the money will come from INCY's pharma partners who are alredy LifeSeq subscribers. Remember the early subscribers put $20m of equity into the company before anyone new who INCY was. Those pharma investors made good money and are going to be hit up to buy equity in the new venture.
By the way, I agree with Roy's view that you build a world class company and the stock price will follow.
