MM, and ALL -

The pall of pessimism on this thread persists. No height of bashing the co seems to be adequate or satisfying to most who post.

The insatiable appetite for criticism is understandable, yet interminable.
I am a shareholder. I am in a serious loss position.

I ask the following:

Do we know anything about current* cash flows or profitability?
Do we know current balance sheet position?
Do we know that Adam did not pay anything for his new shares?
Do we know that Adam did not buy his shares, and perhaps give the co a
needed cash infusion, or worse, save the co from insolvency?
Do we know for a fact that the new shares all went to Adam, and none
as incentives to new management?
Do we know for a fact that the co is not self-imposing a no-news
policy until audited financials are current?
Do we know for a fact that there has been no good news (that is yet to
be released) for the last four months?
Do we really have fact-based reasons to believe that FAMH is not worth a lot more than $7 million?

* By current, I mean 1998 ytd.

Please post some positivism, and posit in your most prolific manner, some pluses! All is not lost, by any means!

On the other hand, I am eager to be as glumly gloomy as everyone else, so please depress my sour soul soon!

Victor

ps, did anyone see the news from Labor Ready today?
