I was wondering what the execution times were on online trading places such as MB Trading during today's heavy volume. Also could you short stocks such as DELL while they were plunging $10 from 10am-10:30am today? On E*Trade it took forever to fill even market orders, and although I don't have time to do daytrading through MB on a regular basis, it might be worth spending the $300 a month for MB even if to execute just one $1000 trade through MB on volatile days such as today.
