The offering was lead-managed by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and co-managed by BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, Lehman Brothers and Salomon Smith Barney. quicken.excite.com Robertson Stephens also has a "buy" recommendation on them.[Would have been a strong buy, but they didn't get as much stock as Morgan. LOL] D
