When the market looks sour, a smart investor will take the loss on a small cap loser and move money to blue chips (or bonds or cash or whatever). NCDI has not been strong over the past year. I, however, am a sucker for punishment and expect great things from the NC market in the near future (6 months). Fingers crossed.
