Stretch you are right... the warrants and $3 are exchanged in return for 1 common share, not a bad deal if the stocks is trading any multiples higher than $3 its instant profit for you.

Also if the warrants are under street name your broker will handle the transaction at your instructions. ( They will buy from CVIA and put those shares in your account.)

All this will happen June 1, 1999... a word of advice start saving your spare change for this exchange because I fully expect us to be just a little over $3 a share at that time <g>

The warrants are all figured on post split prices and post split stock shares (holdings).

Side note I thought you would get a kick out of the certs we are going to have the very interesting colors

The Common stock is Purple
The Warrants are Maroon
The P's are gold.

do yourself a favor and leave them in street name so you dont have to look at them <LMAO>
