For a small cap Investor you must aim to be a LIFO not a FILO.

I understand what you're saying, but until someone invents a system that rings a bell to designate these critical ins and outs, I'll have to monitor them myself. Last in often means the rollercoaster's ready to go over the other side. No thanks. Last out often means you've waited too long and are losing gains. No matter what system you use if you allow it to become rigid, the market will throw you a curve ball and you'll get whacked in the head.
