Actually, NVLS is trading at a discount to AMAT by most measures:

AMAT
P/B 2.85
P/E 17
P/S 2.1

NVLS
P/B 2.86
P/E 12.4
P/S 1.54

As for KLAC, it tracks AMAT pretty closely, although with greater volatility. KLAC is considered a front end company, since they deal with the product at the wafer level, and in all stages of production.
