With the stronger than expected sales of Windows 98 in Japan and worldwide, I would expect MSFT would beat the .49c expectation this Q and will report about 54c or about 50% year over year EPS growth. The trailing 12 month EPS would be around $2.00 by Ocotber earnings release. I don't know what others think but I am looking at 120 by Ocotner end i.e. 60 trailing PE times 2.00 Short term value doesn't matter that much but I am using te above reasoning to load up some more of MSFT. johnd
