An Open Letter to SAP investors.
I have been an enthusiastic holder of SAP shares and have profited modestly from the investment. However at this point, I have to notify that I have sold out. I am still bullish on the company. However I believe that the market going forward would be affected more by developing global events than by virtues of particular business enterprise. I am starting to think that the world is entering a deflationary period similar to the 30's. The ferocious market decline we just experienced have convinced me that we are in a major bear market and NOT a once in 4 year business slowdown. I believe it would be worthwhile to consider going entirely into cash at this juncture. I know this is different from what I have been espousing on this thread. However, I believe now is an extraordinary time marking the start of unforeseeable changes. I have no doubt SAP would survive and prosper as a worldwide blue chip company. However I am very convinced that now is NOT the time to be in ANY stocks.

So that is my recommendation. I would answer any questions. And yes, I do sound like a chicken little. However what I see in the world deflationary scenario scares me a lot.
