I talked to my broker (before the Monday debacle), and SHE said that the ADR price is the one shown on the NYSE. In other words, you don't divide it by 6, because that's what you get 3.97 of for each Amoco. The shares it (the NYSE) represents are traded on the London stock exchange for pence or something like that.

The ratio for BP has been 6/1 since 1997...SO better recalculate?
